Looking for something fun, educational, and delicious to do on a Monday night? Come join Chef Nick at Forlano’s Market and learn what it takes to prepare gourmet homemade meals from locally sourced ingredients. Combining demonstration and participation, classes emphasize classical techniques and seasonal offerings in an atmosphere of open discussion and dialogue. Topics include fresh pasta, hand-hewn pizza and bread, northern and southern Italian cuisines, and food-and-wine pairing. Rates are $75 per session ($65 per session with a purchase of three classes).   • Monday, December 1st - Nick's Favorite: Italian-American Comfort Foods!: Meatballs and gravy, stuffed peppers, ziti, lasagna, fettuccini
  • Monday, December 8th - Classic American Steakhouse: Shrimp cocktail, twice-baked potatoes, prime rib, iceberg with blue cheese & bacon
  • Monday, December 15th - Foie Gras and Champagne ($85): A lesson in decadence!

$75 per person, per class. $65 per class for a set of three classes. Prepayment required to reserve a seat. Price includes recipes, and a taste of wine to those over 21 years of age. Classes are participation and demonstration.
