
Looking for something fun, educational, and
delicious to do on a Monday night? Come join Chef Nick at Forlano’s
Market and learn what it takes to prepare gourmet homemade meals
from locally sourced ingredients. Combining demonstration and
participation, classes emphasize classical techniques and seasonal
offerings in an atmosphere of open discussion and dialogue. Topics
include fresh pasta, hand-hewn pizza and bread, northern and southern
Italian cuisines, and food-and-wine pairing. Rates are $75 per
session ($65 per session with a purchase of three classes). Please

$75 per person, per class. $65 per class for
a set of three classes. Prepayment required to reserve a seat.
Price includes recipes, and a taste of wine to those over 21 years
