Mon. February 7th - Three Course Thai - Forlano’s sautéed Thai calamari, curried mussels with accompanying sauces and chutneys, coconut custard

Mon. March 14th - Cast Iron Cooking and Care - How to season and maintain your cast iron, searing meats, cast iron baking, roasting vegetables

Mon. March 28th - Fresh Pasta - Fun & fresh pasta!! Small batch fresh pasta from scratch, shaped and filled pastas
